No Returns

We do not accept returns.

All products are made specifically for you, so:

  • No general returns
  • No exchanges
  • No size-related returns

What we do instead

If something is wrong, we will:

  • Replace the item
  • Refund the order
  • Offer a discount or resolution

Damaged or Quality Issues

If your item has:

  • Print errors
  • Damage
  • Manufacturing issues

You must:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Email: scan4happiness-com-shop@support.fourthwall.com
  • Include:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos (flat surface, well-lit, issue visible)

This helps us resolve your issue quickly.

What is NOT covered

  • Wrong size selected
  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations (colour, placement within tolerance)

Order Changes & Cancellations

All products are made to order.

  • You can edit or cancel your order using the link in your confirmation email
  • Once the order enters production, it cannot be changed or cancelled

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Confirmed defects
  • Lost or failed deliveries (case by case)

Refund times:

  • PayPal: usually within 24 hours
  • Cards: 7–10 business days

International Orders

  • You may be charged import duties or taxes
  • These are set by your country
  • You are responsible for paying them

Orders are handled by our merchandising partner Fourthwall, including:

  • Production
  • Shipping
  • Payment processing

Yes, but only before it goes into production.

5. How long does shipping take?

Depends on your location and production time.

You’ll see estimated delivery at checkout.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

You may need to pay customs fees depending on your country.

7. Who handles my order?

Orders are fulfilled by Fourthwall.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Klarna / AfterPay (where available)

9. Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
